The Executive Committee of the Real Estate & Building Industry Coalition (REBIC) announced on Wednesday, August 12th, that Peter Cozens has joined REBIC as the Executive Director.
Peter comes to REBIC from Forest City Land Group where he was most recently Regional Vice President. Peter’s background is in construction and development of mixed use communities. Having previously served as a REBIC Board of Governors member Peter brings a depth of understanding to the issues affecting the local real estate industry.
Peter assumes the responsibilities for the management of REBIC and SPPACE, working with Andy Munn and Yvonne Case on public policy initiatives throughout the area.
