Greg Pappanastos has been named president of the board of directors for Charlotte Trolley, Inc. (CTI). The private, non-profit group restores historic streetcars for operation in the city’s current and future rail transit lines.
CB Richard Ellis – Ben Orme
Killingsworth Enviro-Klean leased 10,000 square feet at 3607 Gribble Road, Stallings, NC. Ben Orme of CB Richard Ellis represented SUN Charlotte LLC, the property owners.
Donald A. Campbell Real Estate – Donald Campbell
Donald Campbell has been awarded the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Green Designation, the only green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR. Mr. Campbell achieved this designation after completing 18 hours of course work designed to provide the designee with comprehensive knowledge of green homes and buildings and issues of sustainability in relation to real estate.
Metrolina Capital Advisors - Robert Settle and Joe Jackson
Robert Settle and Joe Jackson represented Carolina First in the recent disposition of a package of assets including a 28,000 square foot warehouse on Old Bailes Road in Lancaster, SC.

Sageworth Properties, LLC – Robert McMillan
Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center, P.A. is relocating and expanding its Lake Norman office to the Jetton Medical Office Building II in Jetton Village in Cornelius. Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center signed a lease for 5,035 square feet. Robert McMillan of Sageworth Properties, LLC represented Carolina Asthma & Allergy Center and George Macon of Merrifield Partners represented the Landlord, Jetton Medical, LLC.
