The Westin Charlotte
The Charlotte Chamber’s 8th Annual Transportation Summit will focus this year on the concept of regional transportation planning. At this half-day event, attendees will hear about areas of the country that have seen success in the regional transportation planning arena. Then business leaders along with city and state officials will discuss the possibility of creating an entity in the Charlotte region.
Along with this discussion, there will be updates on the airport and intermodal rail project from representatives of Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Norfolk Southern Corporation, on local and state roads, and on our transit system.
