Support the NC REALTORS®
Political Action Committee (RPAC)

It’s scary out there. With the economy slowing, and the need for funds throughout the local, state, and national levels, local governments are seeking new ways to raise revenues including fees and taxes that impact the real estate industry.

We want to be leading the charge for solutions. The local, state, and national Boards of REALTORS® are the voice for positive change and reform on topics such as roads, good business climates, and better schools. The REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) gives money to political leaders and candidates who support our industry and are willing to cooperate with the real estate sector to come to an agreement that assists everyone.

We’re fighting on multiple fronts at once and RPAC needs contributions more than ever. A small contribution today will prevent the necessity for a much heftier contribution in the future.

A few issues that we are currently monitoring include:

• Non-Residential Building Code
• Urban Street Design Guidelines
• Tree Ordinance
• The NC Privilege License Proposal

The contribution is easy. Information on our 2009 CRCBR RPAC Campaign and directions for contributing can be found by clicking here.
