The Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS (CRCBR) is a professional organization dedicated to promoting high professional standards and services for its members and the commercial real estate industry. CRCBR is organized to help commercial real estate professionals develop to their fullest potential and foster recognition and respect of your profession.
Our Mission:
To be the voice to maximize regional economic opportunities through the delivery of technical services, educational and professional enrichment, and targeted marketing to benefit the regional commercial real estate industry.
Members of CRCBR include commercial real estate professionals, industry affiliates and corporate associates, who are service and product suppliers to the industry, spanning an 18 county region in North and South Carolina. These counties include:
- North Carolina Counties: Alexander, Anson, Burke, Cabarrus, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Richmond, Rowan, Stanly, and Union.
- South Carolina Counties: Chester, Lancaster, and York.
